ADAI DOSA BATTER

Adai dosa is Tamilnadu special cuisine. It is a multi-lentil pancake/crepe made from all pulse. Highly nutritious dosa among all varieties of dosa as lentils are good source of protein. Prepare crispy, tasty, spicy, aroma rich yummy adai dosai from Priyems Instant adai dosa batter.

Direction for  use:

  • Before preparing keep the Priyems adai dosa batter outside the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Mix chopped coriander, curry leaves and onion (if required) and coconut (if required) with the adai dosa batter.
  • Heat the tawa and take a ladle full of priyes adai dosa batter and spread on the hot tawa in circular motion.
  • Drizzle few drops of oil on the dosa and cook on medium flame until the dosa gets red/brown patches.
  • Turn the dosa and allow it to cook on the other side.
  • Serve hot with Coconut chutney or jaggery.
