PRODUCTS FROZEN CURRIES At present we manufacture Frozen Sambar and Frozen chole. We use varieties of spices in different combinations in order to get the traditional tasty curries that goes well with chappaties and rice. Vegetables used in the curries are picked with perfection and ingredients are added in proper ratio to achieve taste in the product. The cooked curries are packed in FDA recommended pouches and sent to quick freezing to lock the nutrients, to maintain the curries fresh, and to prevent the loss of nutrients. Thus processes Priyems frozen sambar and frozen curries have shelf life of six months when stored at -18 degree centigrade. |
