RAGI DOSA BATTER

Ragi dosa is easily chewable and easily digestible Tamil nadu special meal. Ragi dosa is a healthy meal to start the day. Prepare protein, calcium and iron rich ragi dosa with Priyems ragi dosa batter easily with less time whenever you needed.

Direction for use:

  • Heat the tawa and take a ladle full of priyes Ragi dosa batter and spread on the hot tawa in circular motion.
  • Sprinkle chopped onion on the dosa and press lightly.
  • Drizzle few drops of oil on the dosa and cook on medium flame until the dosa gets cooked.
  • Turn the dosa and allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the ragi dosa from tawa.
  • Serve hot with Sambar or coconut chutney.
